On Nov. 9, Caroline’s on Broadway, one of the event sponsors,
hosts the final competition for
the $5,000 Andy Kaufman
Award, honoring the late
comedian and comics who
reflect Kaufman’s “
originality, humor and courage.”
The laughfest pits eight up-and-coming jesters against
one another to produce
one winner, selected by a
panel of industry judges.
