Annie B. Copps is a senior
editor at Yankee magazine,
where she writes and edits
the food and dining pages.
She is also a celebrated freelance food, wine and travel
writer; photographer; radio
show host; and regular guest
on the Today show. Copps is
currently writing a cookbook
with chef Todd English.
Jane Heller
Montreal-based photographer Jane Heller has
a career path that includes
graphic design, art direction
and photography. She has
published in Air Canada’s
in-flight magazine, En Route,
as well as Fashion, Photo
District News, Lux and
Grafi ka.
Steven Biver
Steven Biver has more than
20 years experience as a photographer. He has received
awards from Communication
Arts, Print and Adobe, and
recently co-authored the third
edition of Light—Science and
Magic, a best-selling photographic lighting manual. Biver
lives in Northern Virginia with
his wife and three children.
