to help stimulate business in the
meetings industry with initiatives like
the Flexible Meetings program.
Combining competitive room rates with
additional value, meeting planners have cost-e;ective options that are adaptable to their clients’
needs. With Flexible Meetings, meeting planners can
negotiate competitive rates while receiving value-added savings from a complete menu of services. The
program is available for booking now through Dec. 31,
2009, for meetings taking place by Dec. 31, 2010.
Meeting planners receive 10 percent of the total
room revenue in added value, which can be applied
toward the following options:
