dinner at the James Beard House
in Manhattan. After snacking on
delectable hors d’oeuvres, guests
were treated to a four-course dinner that included wine pairings
from Chateau Ste Michelle, and
included the dishes Stonington
scallop with celery root puree, foie
gras and frites; mangalitsa bacon
with pickled peppers, Shimeji and
basil mayo; and 100 day Imperial
Wagyu with coffee, mustard and
creme fraiche.
