Spiedies. Crab bombs. Bobbies. These
are names of foods.
But unless you’ve been to Binghamton,
N. Y., Lanham, Md., or Wilmington, Del.,
you likely wouldn’t know that.
Let me enlighten you. A spiedie, as
they call it in upstate New York, is a
