published an article that put New York
state dead last on the list of happiest
states in the Union. The researchers who
made that claim clearly didn’t talk to the
citizens of Saratoga Springs.
I’ve been both a resident and tourist here, and Saratoga Springs is one of
the happiest, most content cities I have
ever experienced. And no wonder. Few
