we received complete and timely financial information for 2009. These figures are published in our Franchise Disclosure Document and you should review that document for all the details on these figures. There were an additional 42 Primrose Schools with similar capacities
which were not added to the sample because we did not receive the relevant financial information from their franchise owners. “Adjusted Operating Income” means earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and rent. A new franchisee’s results may differ from
