It’s a Jolly Holiday with Foxwoods
Restaurant choices keep getting better at Foxwoods and
MGM Grand at Foxwoods—and so do the deals. Six of the
best spots are offering specials throughout November
and December.
Cedars Steak House, Foxwoods
Cedars is a place for the classics like a crisp wedge of
iceberg with bacon and blue cheese, a bowl of French
onion soup or king crab legs. And, of course, Porterhouse,
bone-in ribeye and surf-and-turf. Get great burgers and
sandwiches at the bar. Holiday specials: Three-course
dinner for two, $65. Lunch special: cup of soup or a salad
and half a sandwich, $8.95.
Paragon, Foxwoods
Perched high up in the Grand Pequot Tower, Paragon is
perfectly named for its location and its superb food, drink
and service. Start with foie gras, wood-fired Panamanian
white shrimp or Israeli caviar. Then move on to lamp
chops, boneless Kobe short ribs or Kansas City sirloin
dry-aged for 45 days. Holiday special: Dinner for two
from selected menu choices, $60.
David Burke Prime, Foxwoods
David Burke starts by handpicking his meats from
Creekstone Farms in Kentucky then dry-ages them in a
special salt-tiled room. Ribeye tastes so much better the
David Burke Prime
