Sometimes you just want a seriously classic cocktail. This
one, named after the famed Seelbach Hotel in Louisville, Ky.,
where it was created, is a bracing one, made with bourbon,
orange liqueur, Angostura and Peychaud’s bitters, then fizzed
with dry champagne and garnished with an orange peel. Time
your visit right and you can take a hands-on cocktail class with
mixologist Derek Brown, or watch him carve Japanese-style
diamonds out of ice.
